About the Mala Drawings
Twice a year, during the spring and fall equinoxes, there will be a drawing among paid subscribers to win a Mala, handcrafted by me with care. If you are currently a free subscriber and would like to switch to a paid subscription, just follow these simple instructions (not available through the app). 1) Begin by logging into your Substack account at https://substack.com and click “Sign In.” 2) Click on your profile icon and select Settings from the drop-down menu. 3) Navigate to the Subscriptions section and click on “Edit” next to the publication you’d like to make changes on. 4) On the Manage Subscription page for that Substack, click on “Upgrade to paid subscription” then select the plan of your choice.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Life is in a constant state of transition, and resilience calls for us to adjust and adapt along with it- often easier said than done, yet a requirement of resilience.
There are times when we need to take a leap of faith and try something new, and then there are times when the only thing we need to do is to change our minds. We tend to hold onto certain beliefs because they feel safe and familiar, but it could be the very thing that’s holding you back. A shift in perspective can change your whole life!
